Our Founder
Dr. Noah Dean has been described as a modern-day Renaissance man, with a resume that is as eclectic as it is complex. From athlete to welder, salesman to professor, speaker to writer, manager to entrepreneur—just to name a few—he’s tried his hand at just about everything. Although one of Dr. Dean’s current responsibilities is advancing BB Metalworks, LLC, a company he founded to help fill various fabrication needs in the Permian Basin, his most prized obligation is serving as a husband to his wife, Lauren, and father to their children, McKinlee and Lauchlan.
